At the T&K Leadership Conference Center and locations throughout our Regions we host various training sessions and company meetings:
- Managers In Training (MIT) Week: This is a 5 day culture and management development session for Managers who are newly hired at T&K. They get face to face time with our CEO and other senior leaders, legal department executives, human resources and various other departments to learn about our culture, company values and operating processes.
