Thomas & King, Inc., headquartered in Lexington KY, is the 19th largest restaurant franchisee in the nation. We operate 95 Applebee’s and Carino’s restaurants in Kentucky, Ohio and Arizona. We are in search of a Restaurant Systems Analyst to be based in the Lexington Home Office.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (including but not limited to):

• Act as a liaison between restaurant personnel and home office I.T. personnel to resolve issues effectively.
• Act as a liaison between first level support entities and restaurant personnel to resolve issues effectively.
• Act as a liaison between multi-unit managers and I.T. to provide effective support for restaurant and field initiatives.
• Utilize all available resources to assure effective and robust and reliable restaurant systems.
• Provide POS price/product maintenance and support for multiple brands.
• Provide for robust and reliable daily polling and data delivery mechanisms.
• Craft POS and Back Office solutions that support Marketing and Operations initiatives.
• Provide Back Office systems maintenance and support for multiple brands.
• Demonstrate an understanding of the elements that affect daily restaurant profitability, labor scheduling and food cost.
• Demonstrate an understanding of centralized POS and reporting management in a multi-brand retail environment.
• Maintain an awareness of trends and technology in the restaurant industry.
• Demonstrate an understanding roll out strategies and project management.
• Participate in the implementation of new restaurant systems and enhancements.
• Provide input for improvement of restaurant systems and our support of them.
• Provide quality assurance testing for all new restaurant systems and enhancements.
• Take part in creating system and training documentation for all new and enhanced restaurant systems.

  The best qualified candidate will have at least three years of relevant experience.
