Payroll Manager/HRIS Job

This position will be based in Lexington, Kentucky, and will provide remote support to all restaurants as well as support in Lexington to Home Office team members. Key responsibilities include:

• Manage the payroll process including tax filings, direct deposits and bank reconciliation files
• Supervise the preparation of bi-weekly payroll for processing and ensure accuracy
• Maintain Ultipro software, including test and installation of software, troubleshooting, and report creation
• Provide outstanding customer service to over 5,000 employees and 95 restaurant General Managers
• Design management reports that provide accurate, reliable information and distribute departmental reports timely
• Provide appropriate supervision on a daily basis to the payroll department
• Supervise the garnishment process to ensure appropriate monies are withheld and paid to vendors
• Manage communication between field and home office to ensure compliance with wage and hour laws
• Prepare journal entries related to payroll
• Provide HRIS support in the Home office in regards to reports, security and data input
• Ensure compliance with all laws related to payroll administration and related tax filings

The best qualified candidate will have at least five years of related experience in payroll as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
