Job Qualifications:
Minimum 2+ years Casual Theme restaurant management experience or 2+ years GM experience Fast Casual or Fast Food. P&L knowledge required, proven track record of building sales and guest counts. Proven track record of people development and training.
Salary:
Thomas & King offers a base salary for each level of management, as well as annual performance reviews. Bonuses are rewarded 13 times per year based on your excellence in 5 areas. Bonuses are not luxury taxed, but taxed as regular pay.
