Job Qualifications:

• Minimum 2+ years Casual Theme restaurant management experience or 2+ years GM experience Fast Casual or Fast Food.
• Mix of FOH and BOH experience highly desired
• P&L knowledge required
• Proven track record of building sales and guest counts.
• Proven track record of people development and training.

Salary:

• Thomas & King offers a competitive base salary for each level of management, as well as annual performance reviews.
• Bonuses are rewarded 13 times per year based on your excellence in 3 areas. Bonuses are not luxury taxed, but taxed as regular pay.
